IP Education & Training
The Reinforce Intellectual Property Association (RIPA) has been incorporated to focus on enhancing intellectual property awareness and knowledge through training and skill development. RIPA intends to educate and equip IP knowledge to entrepreneurs, students, faculties, researchers, professionals, managers, business owners and decision makers across India and catalyze an intellectual shift in India.
RIPA is engaged in IP ecosystem development, restructuring IP ecosystem, IP facilitation, entrepreneurship education, training, research and institution building within India and outside. The RIPA caters to the requirements of potential and existing IP education and research and create a conducive IP eco-system in India and outside. Promoting social innovations and uplifting indigenous innovations have always been an area of interest for RIPA.
To promote IP education and training in India, the following areas of activities have been identified, to be pursued by RIPA:
- Develop international standard modules on IP education and facilitation;
- Conduct Social Innovation Development Programmes;
- Restructuring IP Ecosystem in India;
- Conduct Training Programmes under IP Task Force, IP Booster, IP Vaccine and IP Blocks;
- Create work force for IP education and trainings;
- Collaboration with existing IP facilitation centers and University for providing IP Education and facilitation;
- Conduct IP awareness programmes at various levels;
- Promote Social and Rural Innovations and uplift indigenous innovations;
- Undertake IP Policy Advocacy to improve the Indian IP Ecosystem; and
- Conduct advanced training at regular intervals for the high-grade professionals and decision makers.
