Originally rooted in Mughal and Persian asthetics, Bikaner Usta Kala Craft was an art form which involved carving and embossing on camel leather, but over the time it has evolved and now the gold embossing is done on wood, marble and metal also. Miniature paintings also showcase the age old Usta Kala Craft of Bikaner. Common products include vases, photo frames, lamp shades and decorative boxes, all showcasing exquisite craftsmanship.
