Thewa Art is a rare fusion of 23-carat gold foil intricately carved and fused onto molten glass sheets without adhesives. Practiced by the Raj Soni clan in Pratapgarh, Rajasthan, it adorns jewelry and utility items like pendants, earrings, combs, boxes and photo frames. Designs depict royal scenes, nature and mythological figures.
